 It is best to start with a small amount of CBD until you determine your optimal dose.  The

You may be wondering what the optimal dosage of CBD would be for you. We recommend to begin with a small dose, especially if you have little or no experience with cannabis. Wait
30 to 45 minutes after taking your first small dose and continue to take a few small doses over the course of the day rather than one big dose.  Many try it before bedtime.  Wait 30 minutes after taking other medications you may be on. Use the same dose and ratio for
several days and observe the effects and adjust accordingly. Don't overdo it.  Cannabis compounds have biphasic properties, which means that low and high doses of the same substance can produce opposite effects. CBD has no known adverse side effects, but an
excessive amount of CBD could be less effective therapeutically than a moderate dose.
